Before You Book.
How much does an event videographer cost?
It depends on how many hours we cover, how many shooters you need, and whether you want same-day clips or photography too. Tell us about your event and we send a written quote within one business day, so you know the full number before anything is booked.
How far ahead should we book?
Four to six weeks is comfortable for most events. Big weekends fill fast, and for major race weeks and festivals sponsors lock their vendors months ahead, so reach out as soon as your date is set.
How fast do we get the content?
Same-Day Social clips arrive while the event is still running. Event Recap Plus includes a teaser the next morning. Full recap films are delivered in about five business days, and photos within 72 hours.
Do you travel?
Our home base is Orlando. There is no travel fee anywhere in Orange, Seminole or Volusia counties, which covers Orlando, Lake Mary, Sanford, Daytona Beach and DeLand. We cover events across Florida, across the US and internationally, with travel quoted up front.
Can you film inside the venue?
Yes, with access arranged by the event organizer or the brand that hires us. Large venues and major events issue their own media credentials, so we plan that with you during pre-production.
Can you fly a drone?
When the venue and the airspace allow it. Some venues sit near airports or have temporary flight restrictions during big events. We check before we promise aerials.
Can you use popular songs in the recap?
We use licensed music only. Recaps with unlicensed popular songs get muted or taken down on Instagram and YouTube, and that lands on your brand, not ours.
Do you shoot photos too?
Yes. Add event photography to any video package, or book photos on their own. One crew, one point of contact, one invoice.
