It depends on the scope: how many shoot days, locations and deliverables, whether you need on-camera talent, and where the ad will run. After a short creative call we send a written proposal with a fixed price within 24 hours, so you know the full number before anything is booked.
Our home base is Orlando, and we shoot throughout Florida. That includes Seminole County (Lake Mary, Sanford, Oviedo, Altamonte Springs), Volusia County (Daytona Beach, DeLand, Ormond Beach, Port Orange, New Smyrna Beach), and the rest of the state from Miami and Tampa to Jacksonville. We also travel for projects across the US and internationally. Inside Orange, Seminole and Volusia counties there is no travel fee. Farther out, crew travel days, flights, lodging and per diem are quoted up front, so the number you sign is the number you pay.
You do. The final files are yours to use however you like. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.
Two rounds on every package. A revision is a change to the existing cut. A new concept or a reshoot is a new quote, and we will always tell you before anything costs more.
Yes. We cast from the O.U.C. talent roster. Talent fees depend on the role and on how long and where the ad runs, and they are quoted before you sign.
Project packages: 50% deposit to book, balance at final approval. Monthly plans bill on the same date each month. Card payments are processed securely through Square.
